  1. The Council Tiebreaker Amendment (CTA), in its entirety is to have retroactively been in affect since the time it was passed, regardless of any other legislation that may have (NIL: Accidentally) overridden it in any form, shape, or way, and shall remain in affect unless legislation passed *after* the passing of this amendment voids it.

  1. All usage of the terms set forth in the CTA prior to and after this amendment is passed shall be valid and any crimes due to misunderstanding of the CTA have been in affect or not immediately voided and not prosecuted.

  1. Any mistakes in what has been passed due to procedural ambiguity shall stay unchanged and none shall be prosecuted for incorrectly using what was in affect at that time.
