covfefe act amendment thing

so uh elections lowk stupid when people vote more than one person it kinda ruins the vibe yknow cuz like we cant count their vote it’s very unfortunate. also like it’s kinda hard to count the results when it’s all jumbled up in one column. so i propose this act for fixing all that shi:
the covfefe act amendment thing
proposed by u/Kooky_Marketing_327 of the Lion Party on 06.26.26

all official elections for council (and special elections) must have the ballot organized in this way:

\- there should be one question per open spot for council
\- each question must only allow a single choice
\- each question does not have to be required

this bill will not effect the way elections are run and is purely for formatting and organizational purposes

this bill doesn’t not effect backup votes

enacting 1 day and 67 seconds before the next special/normal election

edit: changed enactingment date to right before next election
