The Alt Account Amendment

Article 1: In case a citizen loses their main account for any valid reason:
(a) They can register with their alt account as their new main account.
(i) The aforementioned "alt account" would now be considered their "main account" after the procedure.
(ii) The new "main account" would no longer be considered an alt.
(b) The reason has to be informed by the individual to the minister of census.
