This act aims to revive the United Reddit Governments by doing various things.

1. Assigns the foreign minister as the ambassador of TG in the URG

1. Encourages most diplomacy between URG nations to happen through the URG.

1. Encourage non-URG nations to join the URG.

1. Assigns the URG as the main forum for international cooperation and international law. With punishments for nations who refuse to follow such laws.

1. Establishes a court system for the URG with 5 justices who are chosen by the general consensus of the URG nations every 2 months via majority vote.

1. Declare all members of the URG must have an ambassdor to vote on international laws.

1. Declare punishments for any violations of international law by nations as determined by international courts for each case.

Any vagueness in the execution of this act is to be interpreted by the foreign minister and subject to the review of the courts.
