Preface: Due to the existence of the "\[constitutional amendment/non-constitutional amendment\] flairs making it more difficult to sort through propositions to council, I, u/Then_Train8542, hereby propose this act.
Article I: The flairs "Constitutional amendment for council's consideration" and "Non-constitutional amendment for council's consideration" shall both be removed from public access.
Article II: This act must be put into effect within 168 hours.
