Stealing poem's idea. Rewording it, and adding this:
Council members, please note that "it leaves the press minister with noting to do", is not a reason to not change something. If there's a better way to do it overall that both makes the process better & removes a duty, then that duty wasn't required. If that role no longer has anything to do then you should simply remove or reform the role. Things keeping the status quo and not changing things because "that's how it's been" is how we turn into a stagnant place where nothing ever advances.

Section 1: Terms
Article 1: The "Council voting GC" shall be abolished.
Article 2: Voting shall take place in a new subreddit moderated by the mod-team called r/TG_Council where voting may use the following process:

1. A post is made with a link to the piece of legislation or the text of a motion.

1. After the waiting period council members may comment their votes, with optional explanation why they voted such, in a comment on said post.

1. After voting concludes the speaker, press minister, or another citizen with access to comment, may say something such as "passed" and the comment may be pinned.

Article 3: Council members may discuss what they'll to vote at any point, either in the comments of a piece of legislation or in independent posts.
Article 4: The Council General GC shall remain.
Article 5: The press minister's duties to release "transparency posts" shall be abolished.
Article 6: The press minister may continue Moderation Transparency Posts.
Article 7: The press minister may release screenshots of the council server as part of their duties (and not be in violation of any privacy act) however shan't be required to.
Article 8: (nil: Kinda unrelated, kinda "this thing should be unquestionably in tg jurisdiction") The council server shall be considered an official server.
Article 9: It shall be a crime for a member of the mod-team to(in relation to the legislation subreddit):

• (a) Not grant access to a council member who should have access.

• (b) Talk in a discussion when not mentioned, asked to speak, or similar.

• (c) Remove any comments or posts by council members that do not explicitly breach any rules.

Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This is to immediate go into affect upon passing, with the exception of §1.1 which shall have a grace period for any legislation currently being voted upon there to finish voting.
