Top-down lore ban
20260705-0 \\ ??? words \\ Rejected \\ No summary
Article 1: This bill will ban the making of lore for teengovernment by mods or other figures, and will instead revolve around the citizenry and what they do
Article 2: mods, President, Vice President, council, and any special groups cannot make lore for teengovernment forcefully (special groups are groups/ministries created by bills to try to circumvent this law)
Article 3: the minister of lore will be made into a position
Article 4:The minister of lore is not to make lore, but to ensure the lore is coherent and dosent contradict preexisting lore, along with lore making a decent amount of sense
Article 5:The minister of lore/documentation ministry must allow council and president viewing access to the document where the lore is written down, if they are found tampering with the lore, creating lore from nowhere, or purposely not recording lore they will be impeached from their position after the president/council shows proof of their edits/refusing to add natural lore (a 50+1 vote of council and agreement of President will ensure they are impeached, if President dosent agree then a unanimous council vote is needed)
Article 6: in order to actually charge the minister of lore/documentation ministry with a crime they will go to court with a maximum sentence of 5 months of ban from teengovernment and 10 months of not being able to hold a position, if mods are shown of creating lore illegally they will be sentenced to the same as a minister of lore (actual sentencing is up to the judiciary, the maximum sentience isn’t always needed)
Article 7: the LARP part, LARPing is roleplaying with the intent to create lore within teengovernment, LARPing is needed to be recorded into the lore, however if the minister of lore proposes a non-inclusion of a specific section of lore due to it being uneeded, a 80+1 council vote and presidential approval is needed to not include it
Article 8: Officials can create lore only through natural LARPing or actions, meaning that they cannot forcefully make lore, it must happen naturally
Heheh I’m back to making bills! Idk if it’s a constitutional amendment or not, so I just put it as a council prop. Frog out =>
