Section 1: Terms
Article 1: The presidential pardon issued by the executive on July 5, 2026 (https://www.reddit.com/r/TeenGovernment/comments/1uo845j/presidential_pardon_due_joblily/) is to be immediately voided.
Article 2: The subject who the pardon affected shall resume their previous punishment as-if the pardon did not occur.
Article 3: All mods shall comply with any ban or punishment that was in place prior to the pardon and shall enforce the law as if the pardon never occurred.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This is to be immediately enacted with the power of a constitutional amendment and override any legislation that prevents it from existing, or makes it a crime for this to exist.
