This Executive Chicanery Order states…
The Executive feels that the treatment of Due\_Job by the Justice system has been wholly unfair. She requested parole, in which she was qualified for, and had been unjustly treated. This ECO hopes to rectify this miscarriage of justice, and the terms below shall provide parole to Due\_Job. This ECO shall take effect immediately.

The Subject is defined as the user under the Discord user of shqrko\_, and the individual which must comply with the terms within this document, in exchange for being given a Pardon under the Presidential Pardon Act https://tg.zerr.cc/bills/view?bid=20260509-7
All the following terms must be upheld by the Subject, and if failed may be prosecuted.

The Subject is to immediately create a public apology.
The public apology is mandated to include an admittance to all crimes put against the Subject during their trial.
The public apology must be written by the Subject, and must be posted onto the Subreddit Main Page (SMP) and Discord (If the Subject is incapable of one or the other, for any reason, they may have someone post it on their behalf, and it is considered valid.)
The Subject must repent for their crimes, via publicly apologizing for the crimes admitted to.
If the Subject fails to comply with the terms of the public apology, the rest of this contract is void, and they shall immediately be prosecuted for breach of this contract.

For the subject to be banned under Article IV (a), evidence of the violation must be presented to a Justice, which must evaluate whether the violation is illegal and falls under Article IV (a). If properly found to be a violation, an announcement of the charge must be made, alongside proof of the violation.
Once the previous occurs, The Subject shall be imprisoned and removed from all Teen Government related servers.
