Article I: No moderator may pin a non-governmental post which endorses any party, coaliton, non-governmental organization, candidate for an office, or stance on an issue, nor may they pin a post made by a party, coalition, or other non-governmental organization. In addition, no moderator may pin a non-governmental post announcing the formation of a party, coalition, or non-governmental organization, nor may they pin a non-governmental post announcing the stance of any individual or group on an issue.
Article II: If any moderator breaks Article I at least 3 times, that may be used as grounds for impeachment and/or demotion.
Article III: This is a constitutional amendment.
Article IV: This amendment shall be put into effect as soon as it is passed.
