Section 1: Terms
Article 1: All terms in this amendment are subject to interpretation by the Courts and community as a whole.
Article 2: When it is reasonable to those present that the IRL physical or mental health of an individual is in imminent jeopardy the laws of TeenGovernment where reasonably needed to help said individual shall be temporarily ignorable "in the moment" to aid that person.
Article 3: If an individual or individuals are sued for a breach of laws, they may use a “Good Samaritan-like” defense if physical or mental health was threatened for the individual affected.
Article 4: If the individual is found to have had a valid Good Samaritan-like defense, the crimes against them shall be dropped, and legal penalties from their actions shall be considered void.
Section 2: Violation of the Amendment
Article 1: Any abuse of this amendment or claim under it not supported by a reasonable belief shall be a crime, with punishment by discretion of the Courts.
Section 3: Enactment
Article 1: This amendment shall be enacted upon passage by Council.
