"This should've already existed" thing number who-knows-what of TG. (Technically rn you need more likely than not proof an actual crime under TG law has happened to carry out punishment, this makes a server's rules enforceable legally)

Section 1: Terms
Article 1: Members of the administrative branch, and moderators / owners of TG-related servers, may ban, timeout, or otherwise punish individuals in their servers for breaching their server's rules so long as those rules:

a) Do not directly conflict with the laws of TeenGovernment.

b) The rules where clearly stated and publicly viewable.

c) The rule must not be expressly targeted at a specific person or group (e.g. "You can't be named bob")

Article 2: Just because a citizen was banned from a server or otherwise punished in a server based on that server's rules does not mean that they are in violation of TG law unless what they did was also against TG law.
Section 1: Enactment
Article 1: This is to be enacted at whatever level it has the votes for in council when it passes.
