As some of you have hopefully seen, I've started my law firm, and with that, I had a thought, why does the head of the company receive all the T? Seems like embezzlement eh?
(That was a joke)
Article i
a. All company's are required to have a bank account for any earnings from the company
b. Bimonthly the company must submit taxes to the government based on the tax rate assigned by economy minister
c. bimonthly the company must submit a property cost based on the amount of servers that company usage (cost per server defined by economy minister)
d. all company payments must be made from the 1st through 5th
Article ii
a. Embezzlement is defined as
"A person who has legal access to the funds and fraudulently appropriates or mis appropriates them"
b. If a person is charged with embezzlement they may face upto a month of jail time
Article iii
a. If a company fails to provide enough funds for their taxes they will be billed bi daily
b. After one week of failure to pay taxes an investigation for tax evasion may occur
c. If a company is charged with tax evasion, they may face up to a month of jail time, fines, or disolvement of the company
Few things
Yes, I know that the upto a month and everything for punishment is harsh. Im saying that's the maximum and I doubt a jury will even charge that much
We need more things to spend T on, if we could get that, that'd be amazing
