Section 1: Terms
Article 1: Regardless of NDAs, privacy laws, etc; all sharing of content that would otherwise be illegal to share shall be allowed to be shared without consequences for the following purposes:


  • b) Sharing something to the justices (or #justices channel in the courts server) for purposes such as obtaining a warrant.

Article 2: No contract, NDA, law, or otherwise shall be applicable where it attempts to restrict a citizen from speaking to or otherwise conferring with a lawyer.
Article 3: The citizens allowed to have normal NDAs, privacy laws, etc. bypassed to send things to them shall be restricted from further sharing content they have been shared that would be illegal for the person who shared it with them to share.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This is to immediately amend the constitution.
