Pay for Jurors Act (P.f.J.A.)

Definitions:
Juror: A person who observes a trial and then decides on what the verdict of that trial should be.
Recess: A period in which a trial is temporarily suspended
Article I: In every trial after this act is passed, every juror on a particular trial who is participating in the economy at the time of the trial shall be paid 0.5 Tegovian Dollars (𝕋) each for every minute that trial lasts, rounded up if necessary, not counting any time during which a recess is taking place.
Article II: This payment must be given to the jurors by the government's account in the economy within 72 hours of the ending of the trial.
Article III: This legislation is not a constitutional amendment.
Article IV: This act shall go into effect as soon as it is passed.
