Article I: Section 5, Article 1 of the proposition 20260515-4, also known as the Explicit clarification of mod team internal structure amendment, shall be amended to the following text:
Article 1: Members can be removed from the mod-team by any of the following conditions:

• (a) An internal vote is held by the mod-team to remove the member of the mod team. (2/3)

• (b) At least half of all admins support removing the member of the mod team.

• (c) A 2/3 vote in Council to remove the member of the mod-team from the mod-team succeeds.

• (d) The member of the mod team abuses their power and another member of the mod team with the power to remove them reasonably believes they should be removed. This can be reversed by an internal vote.

• (e) A recall vote following the method set in proposition 20260515-0, also known as the Recall Unaccountable Officials Amendment, succeeds.

Article II: Section 5, Article 2 of the proposition 20260515-4, also known as the Explicit clarification of mod team internal structure amendment, shall be amended to the following text:
Article 2: As an exception to §5.1 admins may only be removed from the mod team by any of the following conditions:

• (c) A 2/3 vote in Council to remove the admin from the mod-team succeeds.

• (b) At least half of all admins support removing the member of the mod team.

• (c) The admin abuses their power and another admin with the power to remove them reasonably believes they should be removed from the mod team. This can be reversed by an internal vote.

• (d) A recall vote following the method for the recall of moderators set in proposition 20260515-0, also known as the Recall Unaccountable Officials Amendment, succeeds.

Article III: This legislation is a constitutional amendment and shall immediately amend the proposition 20260515-4, also known as the Explicit clarification of mod team internal structure amendment, upon its passage.
