Section 1: Mods of servers
Article 1: No one may be punished for using a specific software, plugin, otherwise content / media not within the TG universe, or any content outside of TG in any way shape or form in any TG-related server, official server, or official subreddit.
Article 2: Attempt to enforce such a rule as mentioned in article 1 of this section is to be a crime.
Section 2: Toxicity again
Article 1: Swearing, cursing, simply saying "Fuck off", or otherwise expressing frustration without hate towards a specific group or person nor real attempts at telling someone to kill themselves shall be protected. (This is already covered by the toxicity act, but this makes it constitutional)
Section 3: "It's just a timeout"
Article 1: Timeouts in excess of 12 hours shall be equal to a ban in the eyes of the law.
Article 4: Clarification of the "Ban-able offences thing"
Article 1: §1.1(b) of the Ban-able offences thing shall now refer to that rule being announced in a clear, reasonable, central place in the server that is not locked behind any roles. Such channel shall be whichever it is expected announcements upon new rules will take place (e.g. an announcements or rules channel) and must be viewable by default (you can't have to dig through threads or pin a channel to find them.
Section 5: It's RP day
Article 1: The first day of the month shall be designated as "It's RP day" where not officials shall be required to do anything particular, but the community may come together in solidarity and recognize that it's RP and to not take anything that happens in-RP too seriously.
Section 6: enactment
Article 1: This is to immediately amend the constitution upon passing.
