This here is another wonderful idea drafted by MinecraftGuy7401. Thank you for the work, now here goes:
The Federal Holiday Amendment
1 A Federal Holiday is defined as a day that is reserved for celebration, acknowledgment, mourning, or learning of an event, person, etc.
2 "Non-essential work" is defined as any work that, if neglected or have very little of it done, would keep the company/organization/government functioning for that day. This is decided upon as if the entire government/company/organization left for the holiday, and you then add in the absolutely necessary roles. (So in the case of a company, you'd need the CEO, some of the heads, and maybe some workers.)
3 Which workers are essential is decided by the CEO, Executive, or leader of the company/government/organization. However, if a company/organization/government has 80% or more of their workers as essential, they will need approval from the judiciary.
4 On a federal holiday, non-essential workers are allowed to leave work, or do a little bit of work if that is necessary to keep the company/organization/government functioning.
5 Federal Holidays to be established include
(a) Recovery Day, happens every year on December 21st, symbolizing recovery from our nation's darkest hour (both metaphorically and literally, as it is the darkest day of the year and it was recovery from December 20th);
(b) Founding Day, happens every year on November 25th, celebrating TG's creation, and
(c) Economy Day, celebrated every day on June 3rd, as that was the day the economy was released.
